Shipping and Delivery policy

The products will be delivered via the shipping companies that we deal with.

We are currently shipping to all areas / cities of the of Saudi Arabia only.

The shipping cost is determined according to the value of the order and as shown in the shopping cart according to the city to which the order will be delivered.

Your request will be delivered within a period ranging between (3-8) working days inside the  Saudi Arabia (depending on the city buyer live in)

When the operations team receives your order, an email will be send to you that contains the order and tracking number. You can track the shipment through our shipping company’s website after receiving the tracking link.

In the event that the shipment is not completed within 15 days of completing the order, the site will provide the dispute option to cancel the order if you wish.

Hayatmart has the right to cancel the order in the event of a defect, such as setting an incorrect price, running out of quantity, or changing the shipping address to another city that requires different shipping costs or suspicion that it is a fraudulent request.

Hayatmart has the right to verify the identity of the buyer and communicate with him /her directly in the event of an error in the information without the customer incurring any additional fees.

In the event that the order is canceled by the buyer before providing with the shipment number by Hayatmart, the full amount will be refunded to him before sending the shipment.

The shipment will be sent to the address that was confirmed upon completion of the order.

The buyer will be contacted to confirm the location by the shipping company, therefore, the buyer must be careful to respond to messages that send to you for this purpose.
