Return and Refund Policy

  1. WHAT IS Hayatmart RETURN and REPLACEMENT POLICY?

Products sold on the Site are subject to a return and refund in the applicable return and refund period starting from the date of delivery of the Products to the customer. The return policy shall apply as long as the Products are in the original packaging and are returned to the HAYATMART in the original condition in which they were purchased and received. As long it falls within the return period mentioned in below and as per local regulation.

  • Personal reason
  • Quantity issue
  • Quality issues
  • Not as described
  • Damage

Unless Hayatmart and the buyer agree on another period to deliver the product, the buyer has the right to cancel the shipment if Hayatmart delayed delivery for a period of more than 15 days from the date of order placed or the agreed date, and the buyer has the right to get the price of the product and shipping cost

  • The product to be replaced or returned must be unused and in its original condition
  • Please don’t damage or throw any part related to the external or internal packaging of the products, and in the event that the product received with damaged to Hayatmart warehouse, we apologize for completing the procedures of return and replacement
  • In the case you received damage or broken product or parts and you wish for replacement or return for the product or the parts please contacting us within 24 hours from the date of receiving the products, Hayatmart is not responsible for replacing or repairing any damage related to the products after this period
  • All products must be in good condition, with original sticker, labels, tags and package.
  1. WHEN WILL THE RETURN NOT TAKE PLACE?

As a general rule, HAYATMART must always accept return of a Product when fall within the return period mentioned in the return table and as per local regulation.

Return will not be obliged, provided the HAYATMART does it voluntarily, in the following scenarios: 

  1. Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 7 days from delivery.
  2. Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
  3. Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
  4. Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
  5. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  6. Anything missing from the package you've received including, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories. 
  1. WHAT IS Hayatmart REFUND POLICY?

In accordance with the policy, our customer support team will arrange return to HAYATMART at which point, a full refund will be made by HAYATMART to the relevant Buyer.

The Buyer has 7 days to make a refund request after the order has been delivered. 

If the item the Buyer has received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, buyer will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied.

Return products after 7 days from order been deliver:

If buyer requested to return the product after 7 days from delivery date, and if HAYATMART accepted the return, the buyer shall receive only 80% from product price without the cost of the shipment

  1. Cancellation:
    1. Cancelling Order. You may cancel your order immediately prior to shipping for any reason.
    2. Buyer will have the right to cancel the orders based on following reasons:
  • When ordered the Product by mistake
  • When you find better price available
  • When order the same product twice
  • When you changed your mind No reason
  • Item no longer needed
    1. Our Cancellation We may cancel your order(s) if:
  •  you do not make any payment to us when it is due;
  •  you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the products; or
  • you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you or collect them from us; or
  1. Delivery of your order:
  1.  Delivery Costs. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our Site.
  2. Delivery Date. This information will be displayed to you on our Site attached with tracking number.
  3. Delivery Delays:
    1.  if our supply of the product is delayed by an event outside of our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay;
    2.  if no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, we will notify you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the product;
    3.  if you do not collect the product from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot, we will contact you for further instructions. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection, we will cancel your order.
  1. Title to Products. A product will be considered owned by you and your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the delivery address and you have paid for the product.
  1. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & EXCHANGES
  1. The points mentioned below sets out our return/replacement/exchange policy with respect to certain product categories:
  2. Non-returnable Products. You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange products in respect of:
  • products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them;
  •  any consumable product which has been used or installed;
  •  products with tampered or missing serial numbers; or
  •  products that fall under specific categories, including household goods, hygiene related Bed sheets, food tools, bathroom products) for your safety
  •  products which are not suitable for return due to hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery, or which are, after delivery, mixed with other items.

  1. Your Refund:
  • With respect to other products received that not part pf article 2, for other delivered products, we will refund to you the product amount and the amount paid for the original shipping fees in full plus the cost of return:
  1. if the products are faulty or not as described on our Site; or
  2. if you reason for return is due to an error on our side, such as an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery etc.
  • In all other circumstances, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) and you may pay the costs of return shipping.
  1. Refund Procedure. We will issue a refund to you depending on the method you used for payment, as follows:
    1.  if you paid by cash on delivery, or by gift card we will issue a refund to your wallet; and you can use it in the next purchase transaction, please note that the balance paid upon receipt cannot be transferred to another account or any bank card.
    2.  if you paid by credit/debit card, you can choose to have a refund by credit/debit card or to your wallet.
  1. Refund Timescale. Your refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our customer fulfilment center and inspected by our team, and the final refund will be received by you as follows:
  • if the refund is to your credit/debit card, within fourteen (14) working days from the day on which we receive the product back in our customer fulfilment center;
  • if your refund is to your wallet, you will receive the refund immediately after your product is received back in our customer fulfilment center and inspected by our team; or
  • if you have cancelled your order before shipping, an automated refund will be provided back to you.

Return costs

  • The shipping value will display at the request of return depending on the weight of the shipment and the city of the customer
  • If the reason for the return is due to an mistake from our store, we will fully cover the shipping and replacement costs
  • In the event that the order received with free shipping to you, the shipping costs will be deducted when requesting the return
  1. Dispute

Buyer will have the right to raise dispute after 15 days from the date of order shipped but NOT received 

The cases where dispute will apply as the follow:

  1. order Not Received within 15 Days
  2. Shipment lost
  3. Order sent to wrong address not as described in the shipping address 

The Buyer has 7 days to make a money refund request after the dispute option open. 

If it is confirmed that Buyer has not receive the order buyer will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied.

if the refund is to your credit/debit card, within maximum of fourteen (14) working days from the day on which we confirm the dispute case;

  1. DEFECT OR DAMAGE TO YOUR PRODUCT
    1. Warranty terms and period: Please refer to our Warranty Policy for more details
    2. Warranty Not Applicable. The warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:
  • If a repair has been attempted by any service center not authorized by the product HAYATMART; physical damage i.e. product presenting clear signs of damage like broken screens, heavy dents, bent products, that can prevent a product from functioning properly; liquid damage i.e. any situation involving the submersion or splashing of an electronic device in any liquid/or when water indicator (if any inside the device) changes color;
  • Original software alteration or modification 
  • If there has been use of non-original accessories with your purchased product;
  • If the serial number is removed from the product;
  • For maintenance and periodic checks of purchased products;
  • For replacement of consumables (e.g. batteries, light bulbs, fuses, headphones);
  • Where there has been abuse or misuse of the product e.g. by not using it for its intended purpose or not in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions on usage and maintenance;
  • Where there has been damage of a product’s battery caused by overcharging, failure to use in accordance with the specific instructions of core outlined in product user manual or where charged by chargers other than those approved by manufacturer; and
  • If any of the seals on the battery enclosure or cells are broken or show evidence of tampering.
  1. LIABILITY
  1. Nothing in these Terms of Sale shall limit or exclude a party’s liability:
  • for fraud, including fraudulent misrepresentation, perpetrated by that party;
  • for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of that party; or
  • for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
  1. GENERAL
    1. Governing Law. These Terms of Sale and any non-contractual rights or obligations arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of KSA.
    2. Dispute Resolution:

  2. If you are unable to resolve your issue under Article 10 clause 2 (A) within forty-five (45) days of notifying the HAYATMART of your issue, you have the right to raise commercial complaint via ministry of commerce application 
    1. Force Majeure. Neither party will be liable for any loss or damage or for any delay or failure in performance due to acts beyond the control of such party whether or not such acts could reasonably be anticipated (including acts of God, legislative, judicial or regulatory acts of any provincial or the federal government, court or regulatory authority, acts of any of our subcontractors or any third party providers of goods or services to us, labour disruptions, blackouts, embargoes).
