Products sold on the Site are subject to a return and refund in the applicable return and refund period starting from the date of delivery of the Products to the customer. The return policy shall apply as long as the Products are in the original packaging and are returned to HAYATMART in the original condition in which they were purchased and received. As long it falls within the return period mentioned in this policy and as per local regulation.

In accordance with the policy, our customer support team will arrange return to Hayatmart at which point, a refund will be made by Hayatmart to the Buyer as per the policy related to the refund.
The Buyer has 7 days started from delivery date to raise a return request after the order has been delivered.
Buyer should apply for return from Hayatmart website by clicking on the return request icon in My order page
If the item the Buyer has received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, buyer will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied.

Return products after 7 days from order been deliver:
If buyer requested to return the product after 7 days from delivery date, and if Hayatmart accepted the return, the buyer shall receive only 80% from product price without the cost of the shipment
As a general rule, Hayatmart must always accept return of a Product when fall within the return period mentioned in the return table and as per ecommerce local regulation issued by Ministry of commercial and investment.
Return will not be obliged, provided the Hayatmart does it voluntarily, in the following scenarios:
Return or Replacement of printed Canvas:
The printed canvas are custom-made for you and created upon your request. Therefore, it is classified within the categories that are not subject for return or change, except in the cases of a manufacturing defect or in the cases that evaluated and approved by the Hayatmart team, when there is no defect in the product. The decision is up to the Hayatmart team to accept the return if the product is free from any defect and in its proper condition, and the return costs will be on the customer.
Also, in cases of replacement, if the customer requests a different size for the canvas or replaces the product with another product of equal or higher price, the Hayatmart team study the request, evaluates the case, and decides whether or not it is approved.
Return or replace procedures:
Request to issue a return shipping bill through customer service and wait for the representative of the shipping company or deliver the product to the nearest branch
Products that are not subject to returns at all:
For reasons other than the above, and if the return or replacement is approved, you must take into account the following:
• In the event the customer receives (damaged/invalid item, or wrong item) we will cover the return or replacement fees and return the payment of the product to you in full in the event the customer requests a return
